If you are working with remote machines and/or UNC path you may experience following dialog every time you try to open an EXE or batch file from a shared location:

1. Open run prompt
2. Type inetcpl.cpl and press enter

3. Click the Security tab

4. Click Custom Level…
5. Select Enable (not secure) under Launching applications and unsafe files.

6. Click OK Then Yes

7. Click OK
